We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Head of After Sales to relocate and join our team on-site in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and develop the After Sales team. Establish KPIs and monitor employee performance. Conduct regular coaching and training sessions. Promote a customer-centric culture across the department.

Customer Experience & Retention: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle shipping and delivery process. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding shipment status, delays, and delivery timelines. Develop customer retention initiatives and loyalty programs. Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions.

Logistics & Shipment Coordination: Oversee post-purchase vehicle logistics from auction/dealer pickup to final destination. Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of vehicles and documentation. Support special shipments and priority customer requests. Maintain active communication with internal departments (Logistics, Sales, Finance, Experts, etc.).

Claims & Problem Resolution: Handle transport damage claims, title issues, missing documentation, and shipment discrepancies. Investigate customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments. Liaise with insurance providers and logistics partners regarding claims settlements. Ensure all customer issues are resolved within agreed service levels.

Process Improvement & Reporting: Analyze operational data and customer feedback. Develop and improve after-sales procedures and service standards. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer retention and profitability.
Required Qualifications
